The Experienced Hire Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for their internal clients. They work closely with their clients to identify staffing requirements and to ensure they are positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internal and external, to meet their needs. The Experienced Hire Recruiter actively consults and partners with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies and to educate them on the recruitment process, compliance requirements and J|C expectations for the new hire experience during the recruitment cycle. This position will be based out of our Bellaire or The Woodlands office.
