For over 40 years, we have assisted our clients in a variety of projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, storm drainage, transportation, planning, construction management, and surveying. We have 9 locations across Texas: Houston, Plano, Forth Worth, Austin, The Woodlands, Rosenberg, College Station, Katy, and San Antonio. We currently employ over 500 experienced design professionals and support staff with plans for continued expansion and growth in our future

     

    REQUIRED LICENSE:

    Registered Professional Engineer License

    Responsibilities

    • Preparation of TXDOT, PS&E, and Schematics to support projects with a heavy workload statewide.   
    • Perform design and analysis for projects that includes county roads, major thoroughfares, highways, and toll roads.
    • Projects include the preparation of design schematics of urban and rural highways & roads, interchanges, interstate highways and other projects related to transportation.
    • Conduct functional planning design studies for highways.
    • Prepare technical reports and contract documents.
    • Attend client meetings, prepare and present designs.
    • Proficiency and use of Microstation and Geopak (OpenRoads) is a must.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.
    • Must be professionally registered (P.E.) in Texas, have TxDOT experience and be able to provide a list of pre-certifications available or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment.
    • Experience performing preliminary engineering and/or schematics.
    • Proficiency and use of Microstation and Geopak (OpenRoads) is a must.
    • 10% of travel within the state
    • TxDOT, transportation, highway, P.E., PS&E, roads, design.
